Successful training of welding supervisors for reinforced steel
From June 10 to 12 the training for welding supervisors for reinforced steel took place at ifw Jena again.
The three-day course, which takes place annually at ifw Jena, qualifies welders to act as supervisors for the welding of reinforcing steel in their companies and to carry out standard-compliant welds on reinforcing steel.
The training deals with processes and equipment for welding reinforcing steel, steel grades and methods of steel production, the correct design of reinforcing steel joints and provides information on the applicable standards and occupational safety.
All participants successfully completed the course with an examination.
