Training for international welding specialists starts
On Ocober 9th 2020 the training for international welding according to DVS-IIW 1170 specialists started again.
A total of seven participants are taking part in the training. The training prepares them to take on further welding tasks in their companies and qualifies them as internationally recognized welding experts. With this training they can take on responsibility as welding supervisors and form the link between engineers and welders.
The training takes place in three parts from October 2020 to April 2021. In just under 300 teaching units, the participants deepen their theoretical knowledge of relevant welding processes, material properties and safety precautions at the welding station. The theoretical knowledge is applied and consolidated in practical exercises.
