CERTIFIED DVS-TRAINING CENTER

Our practical and theoretical seminars, trainings and further education take place in our DVS-certified training center, in the Löbstedter Straße in Jena. The welding training center was comprehensively modernized in 2015 and offers excellent conditions for the courses. 

Our practical courses are based on the training guidelines of DVS - German Association for Welding and Allied Processes e.V. and the European and International Federations (EWF, IIW).

Our training offers are carried out by certified welding instructors. In the course center, modern equipment is available for this purpose.

In our trainings and courses you can acquire basic or in-depth knowledge of different welding processes. Ifw Jena has had experience in welding training and further education since 1991.

Our courses are modular in structure and build on already existing knowledge of the participants. We provide comprehensive training documents.

We are a certified educational institution for welders and welding supervisors (AZAV). Registration number. 14-16413-T.

All welding process trainings are certified according to AZAV by CERTQUA. Upon successful completion of the courses, you will receive valid welder certificates according to DIN EN ISO 9606 and a worldwide recognized IIW diploma as International Welder.
