Every June, the ifw Jena hosts the practical seminar for welding supervisors.
On two dates, experts in the field of welding technology can learn about the latest developments in processes, equipment, standards, and regulations. Through presentations and discussions, welders and welding supervisors can deepen their knowledge and discover innovations from research and industry. The practical seminar offers a platform to network with colleagues from across Thuringia and to regularly further their own and their employees’ professional development.
In 2026, the practical seminar will take place on June 2 and 11.
