Expanding Digitalization in Research
We are pleased to have received the grant notification from the Free State of Thuringia’s funding program for research, technology, and innovation (FTI).
With this funding, we can expand our digital infrastructure for various research areas.
Among other things, we plan to
🎇 Expand our beam-process programming and the corresponding simulation processes
💻 Develop simulation capabilities for hand-guided laser beam welding
These planned investments will enable us to undertake new research projects and further develop laser processes.
The project, funded by the Free State of Thuringia, was co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
